Factions will now form dynamically over the course of the game which makes for great Alt-History Scenarios! France won't try to involve itself anymore in wars in the balkans which it shouldn't be in as it has the German threat right at their door! No More Monroe Doctrine! US guarantees are gone and so finally South-America won't do nothing all game anymore!
